Terms & Conditions

A Legal Disclaimer

By booking with CC Events Adelaide, you (“the client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Bookings & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

  • Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Dates and items are only secured once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless prior communications have authorised a refund.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of the balance (including deposit).

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule where possible or refund payment made.

Hire Period

  • Standard hire period is 4 hours to 4-day hire. Extended hire may be arranged at an additional cost.

  • Late returns may incur additional fees.

  • Specific packages and services have varying timeframes of hire (see our packages for more details)

  • Allocated hire periods are subject to confirmation upon booking.

Delivery, Setup & Collection

  • Delivery and collection fees apply and are based on location.

  • Clients must provide clear access for delivery and collection. Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, or restricted access.

  • If DIY hire is chosen, the client is responsible for safe setup, use, and pack-down of all items.

  • Delivery charges are calculated on the kilometres from the warehouse to the customer 

Care of Hire Items

  • All hire items remain the property of CC Events Adelaide.

  • The client is responsible for all hire items during the hire period.

  • Any loss, damage, or theft will result in repair or replacement costs being charged.

  • Items must not be altered, glued, stapled, or painted. Any damages from misuse will incur fees.

Bond / Security Deposit

  • A refundable bond may be required on certain bookings.

  • Bonds are returned once all items are inspected and found in good condition.

  • Any damages, stains, or missing items will be deducted from the bond.

  • Bond inspection timeframe can vary.

  • Customers/Clients will be notified of any discrepancies found on the returned items.

Weather Conditions

  • CC Events Adelaide is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions.

  • Outdoor events are booked at the client’s risk. Clients are encouraged to arrange backup wet-weather plans.

Liability

  • CC Events Adelaide accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss to persons or property caused by hire items.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe use of items during the event.

Photography & Marketing

  • Unless requested otherwise in writing, CC Events Adelaide may use event photos of our setups for marketing purposes (social media, website, promotional materials).

Agreement

  • By paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
